quotation—>confirm order—>samples—>approval—>full payment—>bulk production—>delivery/collection

Mockup samples given to clients for approval via email / WhatsApp is fast way. Due to digital photos may cause the distortion of sample colors and size, we encourge customers to check physical samples carefully to confirm sizes, colors and placement before approval for bulk production.

Due to limitation of Embroidery technology, customer should be aware that occasional loss or damage may occur. We disclaim any and all responsibility or liability for any damage or loss caused by our embroidery/digitizing.

For embroidery orders, the embroidery designs are used for the order or reorders and will not be issued out freely. For digitizing orders, we provided machine format design only unless specified before ordering.  

We respect and try our best to ensure that all artworks and embroidery designs are not abused and reprinted without permission.
